Payment
You pay on our own checkout page, in full, when you place the order.
Ways to pay
We accept major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link show up at checkout when your device and browser support them. Card details are entered into a secure form from Stripe, our payment processor, and never touch our servers.
The sample credit
If you paid for a sample, checkout takes $10 off your turf order for each paid sample, as long as you use the same email address or phone number. Each sample is credited once, and the credit never exceeds the order total.
What you will see on your statement
The charge shows as TURF&INSUL* TURF: a short form of the name of our seller of record (named below), then TURF. We email a confirmation and receipt as soon as the payment goes through.
If a payment fails
Your bank may decline a large purchase it does not expect. Call the number on your card to approve it, then try again, or email hello@evergradeturf.com and we will help.
