Privacy
This policy covers evergradeturf.com. The business responsible for your information is American Turf & Insulation Group LLC, which runs Evergrade Turf.
What we collect
We collect what you give us and a small amount about how you reached the site.
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address.
- Order details: the turf, samples and kits you order, and your order history with us.
- What you type into checkout. We save checkout fields as you fill them in, so we can send a reminder if you leave before paying.
- Messages and project details you send through a form, including installer match requests.
- How you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring site and ad click identifiers (such as gclid) or campaign tags in the link you followed.
What we do not collect
Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To take payment, deliver your order and contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and run the installer match.
- To send up to two reminders about a cart you left unpaid. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To measure which ads and pages bring in orders.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Freight carriers, to deliver your order.
- An installer in your area, when you ask for an installer match. They receive your contact and project details.
- Service providers that host our site, send our email and keep our customer records, under agreements to use the data only for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies and similar storage
Your cart lives in your browser's local storage. We keep ad click identifiers and campaign tags in session storage while you browse so an order or form can be credited to the ad that brought you. Close the tab and the session storage is gone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep other information while it is useful for serving you, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop marketing email, by writing to hello@evergradeturf.com. Depending on your state, you may have further rights, and we honor them.
Children
This site is for adults buying turf. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version is posted here.
