Shipping and delivery
Turf is heavy and long, so it travels by freight truck, not parcel post. Here is what that means for your order.
Where we ship
We deliver to addresses in the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the United States.
What delivery costs
Delivery is charged once per order, whatever the number of rolls. You tell us the address type in the cart or at checkout, and the delivery charge follows from it.
- Commercial address: free. A commercial address is a business location that can receive freight during business hours.
- Residential address: $200. This covers the liftgate and the extra handling a home delivery needs.
- Samples: shipping is included in the $10 sample price.
How long it takes
Every roll is cut to the length you order and ships within 3 days of your order. The freight carrier then contacts you to schedule the delivery day.
Weather, carrier delays and supply can move a delivery date. We will tell you as soon as we know.
Getting the truck to you
A roll is 15 feet long when it is rolled up, and a long roll can weigh several hundred pounds. Make sure a large truck can reach the drop-off point and that someone is there to receive it.
If a delivery fails because the site is blocked, unsafe or no one is there, a redelivery fee applies and is not refunded. We will tell you the fee before we rebook.
We are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, structures or landscaping caused by a delivery vehicle you asked us to bring onto the property.
When it arrives
Inspect the turf within 48 hours of delivery and photograph anything that looks wrong. Send the photos and your order number to hello@evergradeturf.com. The returns and refunds policy explains what happens next.
