What is covered

The 15-year term starts on the delivery date. During it, the warranty covers fading and wear of the turf under normal use. Fading means the blades lose their color. Wear means the blades break down or thin out beyond what normal use explains.

Active Turf also carries an 8-year high-traffic warranty.

What is not covered

The warranty covers the turf itself. It does not cover the labor to remove old turf or install new turf.

• Damage during installation, or from an installation that was not done properly.
• Pets chewing or digging at the turf.
• Melting or marks from sunlight reflected off windows or other glass.
• Fire, and heat from grills, fire pits, cigarettes or fireworks.

How to make a claim

Email hello@evergradeturf.com with your order number, photos of the affected area and a short description. We may ask for a close-up, a measurement or a cut piece to look at. If the claim is covered, we will replace the affected turf or refund its price.

Your other rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the law of your state.
