About Active Turf
Active Turf is built for yards that see kids, dogs and weekend games. The 1 3/4 inch blades come in emerald and olive green, and the thatch at the base is green too instead of the usual brown, so the lawn reads green from every angle.
It carries 63 ounces of face weight on a 3/8 inch gauge, with 16,800 stitches per square meter. That is enough yarn to feel full underfoot without paying for our heaviest builds. The stem-shaped blade is stiff, so it stands back up after a game.
It is rated for medium to heavy traffic, and it is the line we suggest for play areas and side yards that double as a path.
