Water rules and rebates that apply in Oxnard

  • SoCal WaterSmart turf replacement rebate (Metropolitan Water District) rebate

Metropolitan's regional rebate pays per square foot of living lawn replaced with at least three plants per 100 square feet, at a rate set by each member agency, across Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties; approval is required before any turf is removed.

Artificial turf: Covers live plants only, not artificial turf: the terms state that no synthetic turf is allowed.
