Artificial turf in Marana, AZ

Marana (Pima County) has about 58,430 residents. Here is what the local climate means for a turf lawn, which of our nine lines we would pick, and who can install it.

The climate in Marana, in numbers

Summer afternoons in Marana average 100 F, so a lawn here spends months under strong sun. Real grass needs a lot of water to survive that; turf needs none.

With about 13 inches of rain a year, this is dry country. Watering is the largest cost of a natural lawn here, and often the first thing a utility restricts.

USDA hardiness zone 9b.

The $10 comes off a later turf order. Turf is cut to your length and cannot be returned, so a sample is the safe first step.
